Cross Country running is a sport in which teams and individuals race on outdoor courses over natural terrain. Races advance over courses that are confined to a three mile range, that include country, fields, parks, golf courses, and grasslands. The traversing of paved roads should be kept to a minimum. Our school has competed against many schools and have won many awards.
